"You must be at least level 90 or above to open this treasure map" for quest location

Clicking to view the gathering location for the 98 gatherer quest as a 96 botanist gives the message: "You must be at least level 90 or above to open this treasure map." I assume the message is supposed to be something to the effect of "You must be gatherer level 98 to view this gathering location", but it instead mentions treasure maps.
