Unable to get DT Code
So I've run into a peculiar issue. I have purchased Dawntrail's collector's edition and received the initial pre-order code featuring the Zidane minion + Azemya's earring. I later got an email stating that my order status had changed - implying that the full expansion code was ready for registration.
The issue I've run into is when I can finally log into the SE store the My Order tab is completely blank. It does not show that I've purchased the game nor even the timecard I had to buy with the current Visa issue. Is anyone else having this problem? Who do I go to for this to be resolved?

I had the same issue so check the bottom of the screen to see what region it has you listed as. For some reason when I logged in it had me set to European when I'm in NA and once I switch it my orders showed up. It's an issue I have whenever I google the SE store the link always defaults to EU for some reason.

The email I got does specify that it's from the NA branch and my SE store account is designated just the same so unfortunately, I don't think that's it. Curiously however, when I switched the default to UK the My Order's tab came up with the message
[ You haven't placed any orders with us. When you do, their status will appear on this page. ]
Upon switching back to NA the otherwise blank page now also showed that message.
