IL 710 Weapon and Accessories in Solution Nine

Hii fellow gamers, can someone help me with something?

I've seen some people walking around with iL710 Accessories, and i saw this npc in solution nine that sells it in exchange of some totems, one of the totem is called Skyruin Totem or something like that and the other i forgot the name. This Npc stands next to the asthetics tombstone gear exchange npc.

How can i farm or get those totens?

You seem to be very new to the game, these totems come from the Trial Bosses in Extreme Mode, but usually you don't want to spend them on gear, but collect 100 to buy the mount.
