Waterfall partition sound bugged?

Steps:

The sound of the waterfall partition is particularly loud. It seems like the sound of multiple of the items may be overlapping. The sound is only on the floor that the items are present and suddenly disappears when you leave the floor or estate.

I'm not sure if multiple items is the cause, as I have them placed particularly and moving them will mess with my house design, so I don't want to pull them out to test but the waterfall partition is the only item on the floor that makes noticeable noise and my house was not this loud before 7.0 This was my first time going in since the patch.

It persists when I enter and leave again.
