Allied Society Daily Allowances not refreshing

Date & Time: From Early Access Launch to current
Frequency: Every day
World name: Malboro
Character name: Baatu Ura
Party or solo: Solo
Steps:
1. Do Allied Society quests (I did them with the ARR ones to get the new items to buy from them)
2. Waited until reset
3. Did not receive any more allowances.

Has anyone else noticed this at all? Been wanting to try and get more allowances now to buy more of the old frame kits and I haven't yet been able to get them.
