No more lean when turning mounts?

When I started early access riding on my mount I noticed when turning, the mount and my character would lean into the turn. I thought it was odd but then I grew like it quickly. It was really noticeable when flying on a mount. The mount would really lean into the turn when flying. However, I noticed logging on today that such lean has been removed. I don't know if it was a bug or glitch I'm supposed it could be seen as graphically annoying.I don't know, but I thought it was pretty cool, added some, in my opinion, realism.

I think its a bug. I’ve had times of logging in where it wouldn’t happen, then when closing out the game and logging in later, it would work again. A friend has had the same issue, so its happening on both PS5 and PC. As to what’s triggering it, no idea.

Was this on a different mount? Not all mounts bank while turning, as an intentional design choice.

Not sure if I worked with all mounts, All the ones I used had it, was very noticeable when you used flying mounts and we're in the air.

I’ve pretty much been going around on SDS Fenrir, Carbuncle, Chocobo, Gabriel, Torgal, Pod 602, and Rising Phoenix since early access. All of them can lean and bank, but whenever the bug occurs, none of them do it.

Here, I recorded some video to illustrate. First part is from logging in and its not working, then restarting the game, logging back in and now its working again. Well, I didn't know if it was a deliberate change with Dawntrail or a bug.

My chocobo still drifts.

There were hotfixes today, so it's possible that they adjusted something on that front and didn't list it. My chocobo doesn't seem to be lurching around any more.
