Glamour advice

On a bit of a retro kick lately and was debating which FF character to create next. Was leaning towards trying to recreate Ultimecia from FF8 but thought that might just limit me to playing 1 class (in her case black mage) so have opted to go for something FF adjacent which fits pretty much any role: The Last Remnant. I would have just gone for The Conqueror but again that'd limit me to being a monk,

Can anybody point me towards any gear (cash shop is ok as well, I'm get stuff on there all the time) to make something that looks close to Rush Sykes from that game:

Preferable something not job restricted as while my main is a red mage I am working on a healer and will likely build other classes as well.
