Congestion on the North American Data Center during Peak Hours

Greetings everyone,

During peak hours, we continue to see that the Aether, Crystal, and Primal data center Worlds are full and that there are a large number of players waiting to enter in each World’s login queue. Once a World reaches a congestion limit, players will be unable to enter a login queue and may encounter error 3001 when attempting.

Dynamis data center continues to have plenty of room and short queue times should you wish to utilize data center travel.

Returning to Your Home World
For those attempting to return to their Home World during peak hours and receiving the “Unable to select [World] as a destination for Return to Home World requests at this time” message, we recommend attempting to return during off peak hours when it is less congested. Off peak hours are usually at late night or early morning hours, so if you are able to, please try during those hours.

Visiting Another Data Center
Additionally, for those that wish to travel to Dynamis, please use the “Visit Another Data Center” option and NOT the “Visit Another World Server.” The "Visit Another World Server" option will only transfer you to a random open World on your current Logical Data Center. (Ex: Aether players will be moved to another world in Aether.)

Lastly, we recently announced that the automatic housing demolition timer has been put on a temporary suspension in hopes that you would consider travelling to a lower population World without worry.
