Scrip Exchange Menu Hasn't Been Updated-Reads As "Yellow Scrip Exchange"

Steps:
1. Click on the Scrip Exchange NPC
2. Scrip exchange option reads "Yellow Scrip Exchange" instead of "White Scrip Exchange" (yellow scrips are now obsolete and cannot be exchanged)
