Unable to download the expansion

So I've been having trouble getting Dawntrail to download. With multiple tries, it would go from 3 seconds to under 15 seconds before it gives me that dreaded error message before dropping. I tried disabling my firewalls, and delete that one folder (4e9a232b) before thinking "F it. I'll just re-install the game. That worked last time." And lo, I'm still having the same problem, only now I have to re-download the entire game.

I'm running it through windows on Windows 10. Would anyone be so kinds as to give me some suggestions. Please note I'm a bit of a dummy on computers, so please be patient if I'm not understanding your techno talk the first few times.

Note: I go through the whole "unable to down load patch" every major patch, but usually I pick up where I left off when it drops me. Not the case this time.
