Micon doesn't work

Steps:
1. Tried to use /macroicon(/micon) to change the icon on the hot bar
2. The icon left as default icon(m)
3. Tried everything I could try even uninstalled the game and reinstalled. All game files were deleted but micon still doesn't work.

The macro I tried to use;

/macroicon "bow" emote
/p こんにちは。

and I tried all other options such as

/micon "bow" emote
/micon "bow" <emote>
/macroicon "bow" <emote>

blah blah but everything didn't work.

What should I do to fix it?
