constant disconnections

hi, i keep disconnecting every 3-5 minutes and i cannot figure out why. it started leading up to the expansion launch and ever since the expansion launched i disconnect like 5 times before it finally stops happening. i don't disconnect from anything else, i even have my connection monitor up and am not seeing any drop or connection changes with my internet at all, only in the game. i also don't lag at all, the disconnect just happens out of nowhere. any ideas on how to stop this from happening? i literally never had this problem until now.
