Water not rendering in Dawntrail on macOS.

Steps:
1. Go to any large body of water area (Urqopacha's lake on the far west side of the map near the trial for example). It also shows in other random areas like the water around Tuliyollal.

2. There's no water. The swimming motions and water effects around your character are present, but no actual water.

Here are two images showing the issue. Notice the swimming motion in the second picture even though there's no water. I tried messing with the water settings and deleting the shader cache but no dice.
