I'd honestly say to just delete this ability. I cannot imagine why this and Freecure even exist.
Why instead of deleting just making it actually useful? It's niche, so people who doesn't care about it don't have to put on their hotbars.
Just make it "Summon Unicorn" and have it heal you and those near you. Basically second wind but with flavor =.= A self heal is about as useful as the melee version afterall. Which is useless until its extremly useful..
Doesn't need to scale with both. It's a completely separate ability from the one Scholars get. When you slot a Scholar job stone, the Arcanist version of Physick (spell ID #16230) gets replaced with the Scholar version (spell ID #190). Been that way since they revamped Summoner in EW. The old Arcanist version became the Scholar-specific version, and they added a copy for Arcanist and Summoner. There's zero excuse for Physick working the way it does. They need to make it scale with Int, or remove it entirely. Keeping it as is is both insulting and a blatant trap for new players. Honestly, even scaling with Int, it'd only really be as useful as Vercure, which is to say extremely situation, but rather clutch in those specific situations.
Freecure is also up there. And imo, Freecure is arguably worse, since the fact that it exists leads new players to think they should be using Cure 1 to trigger it before using Cure 2, and that's the exact opposite of what they should be doing. IMO, Cure 1 should just directly upgrade into Cure 2 when the latter is unlocked. Same thing with Benefic and Benefic 2. I don't like it when the game actively lies to new players like that.
People also seem to think that XIV doesn't exist besides group content. Solo duties are a thing, especially Deep Dungeons, where those niche actions are useful.
Plus, in the content where "not caring about Physick" really matters, is unlikely that the players really don't know that it's not optimal. Vercure and Clemency exists for this long without issues.
