"Remember Password" box saves Old, Incorrect Password On Playstation Console Launcher

I'd like to report an issue on console / Playstation 4, Playstation 4 Pro, and Playstation 5 login launchers where the "Remember Password" option box, when ticked / enabled, is permanently set to save an older, or previously used password, even if it has been changed multiple times since then.

Unsure of the PC or Xbox login launchers. This has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile as far as I can tell, years even.

The issue persists even after multiple system and game updates, cache clears, playing between different consoles, etc.*
(I've heard that this can possibly be more of an issue on Sony's part, but wasn't met with much help after contacting them.)

It's a minor inconvenience but still one all the less.
It would just be nice to shorten the login process even if just by a little bit for when I'm feeling a bit lazier I concede, as I have bit of a longer password.
