Is there a way to adjust the minimum camera zoom?

I know.. usually everyone wants to know MAX camera zoom.
But some of my graphics settings got reset, and it seem as if I can't zoom into my character as closely as I used to. Maybe I'm imagining it, but someone else thought so to.
I looked but can't find any setting for that.

you might be referring to character configuration settings there are a couple which adjust camera FoV and angle
