Blacklist bug- blacklisted players show animations still

At a hunt mark and I saw a random axe float, glow, along with sound effects, and then promptly disappear. Recognized it as the weapon of choice for someone I had blacklisted this morning, checked player search and they were in the same zone, presumably at the same mark. I suspect there's a few things that don't hide when a player's model is hidden?

Have not been able to test to see if we can re-create the issue
