Return to Home World is NOT fixed

I've been trying for hours and all I'm getting is "unable to select Gilgamesh as a destination for Return to Home Work requests at this time".

The fact that this states it has been fixed and I've read posts about numerous people having issues still makes me believe that there's nothing being done to address the issue. Are the devs/network team even aware/care?

I contacted support, they are aware of the situation and their answer is wait until the congestion is lessened.

I wish they would state this as opposed to just answering people individually.

I switched servers to buy something from the market on another server thinking this was resolved, and now I'm stuck somewhere that isn't my home server. This is just causing this recursive higher queue times on servers for people who don't live there as nobody is logging out because of long queue times, etc etc.
