Dawntrail EA 7.0 - Scholar's "Embrace" not affected by Enhanced Healing Magic trait

Steps:
1. Summon a Scholar pet (any pet seems to be affected the same)
2. Have you or someone in your party take damage
3. If you have learned the Enhanced Healing Magic trait at level 85, note that Embrace's healing does not seem to be affected by it any longer and will heal for less than it did in 6.x.

I noticed the difference in Embrace healing when fighting an enemy in Urqopacha but noticed that it happened consistently elsewhere as well. Went to check the healing power of it in the level 83 dungeon Tower of Babil (synced to 84) and the level 85 dungeon Vanaspati (synced to 86) with trusts to see if the trait took affect. Unlike the slight increase in healing it had throughout Endwalker, it does not seem to function correctly or at all in Dawntrail. This leads me to believe the reduced healing is not intentional and but a bug with how the trait affects Scholar's pets.
