[Bug] Wondrous Tails Not Populating Correctly

New Wondrous Tails book obtained from Khloe only populated with squares that can be completed in ARR & Heavensward, despite all jobs being 90+. Additionally, squares populated with specific duties like "The Binding Coil of Bahamut - Turn 5" which had previously already been previously consolodated to "The Binding Coil of Bahamut."

I think it’s working as intended. WT was originally a level 60 unlock and until you reach the max level of the current expansion, it’s based on level 60 duties max.
