Graphic and animation differences between console and PC

Hi, am just curious if anyone else is noticing the difference in animation between console and pc players, specifically referring to mount animation while flying? Tested the animation between the two and I noticed that while pc players are able to tilt more naturally from left to right, console animation is still the same perfectly horizontal flight we had.

Just wondering if this is due to hardware or did I miss a toggle for this?

just tested it on console. no difference from 6.0
