The Crafter/Gatherer Scrip Exchange NPC in Mor Dhona has an option called "Yellow Scrip Exchange"
I imagine that needs to be updated to White.
It functions correctly to convert White Scrips to Purple.

Also wanted to add that under the Scrip Exchange > Item Exchange menu
Crafters' Scrip (Master Recipes/Materials/Misc.)
> (Master Recipes II) still shows as "White Scrip Exchange (Master Recipes II)"
All the other subcategories (both Crafters' and Gatherers') show correctly as Purple.
