I suspect either the wrong "frozen" is being used, or the wrong "effect" is being used, as it seems unintended to work this way.

This happened on Brynhildr as well; the raid I was with had to have people ready to resurrect immediately after Curtain Call. The ice in the Scylla fight was also bugged, because it wouldn't melt when fireballs were brought to frozen players.

Who knew the hardest fight in Dawntrail would be Syrcus Tower :D
