New text size thin and small

Hi! The new graphic update appears to have made NPC and minion, and the chat log text ect really thin and small. I've tried resizing it but only the HUD seems to resize, it's really hard to see and read for me as small text is due to a genetic eye problem. Am I missing a setting?

Let me know if there's a solution to this, I figured how to resize the chat font size but nothing for the quest log and it really hurts my eyes.
