Full Dawntrail Code on Steam

I'm a little confused about this, asked about it in a thread but it was not a thread about this topic so I'm making my own.

For the full Dawntrail code people are saying they are getting emails for it. But I honestly forgot how it works for steam users. Does the code just appear randomly in our CD keys? Or do we also get an email? I forgot how it worked with Endwalker since that was years ago now lolol

Yup it's in your CD keys when you right click the game in your library. The main Dawntrail CD key is a second separate key to the early access key, you need to input the second key into the Mogstation some time before the end of the early access period to keep playing indefinitely.

I've been checking my CD keys and I haven't gotten it yet, is it just sometime between these few days it'll appear?

Yes. They already began sending them out. For example, I have received mine. But they said it could take several days depending on when you actually ordered it.

Release keys tend to not show up until the second to last day of early access. Check on June 30th

Ooh ok, thank you! I pre-ordered DT a bit later, so that's probably why it'll take a while.

Yeah I can't remember exact day but I'm pretty sure my release key always shows up in the CD Keys area sometime during Early Access.
