Error 30002 Just R0ed in uldah market wards, Masamune server

Hi, i woke up, went to my retainer to check sold stuff and decided to craft some stuff there unfortunately. Now my character is stuck there and i can't get past the character selection screen.

Is it possible to ask Square to just send my character back to my inn or primary HP?

Please don't tell me the problem is in my end and reinstalling the game will work because i'm checking other players doing it and never helping their cause. If i can't connect my character in 2 days ill be unsubscribing the game. I'm not in the mood for such pathethic bug.

Character name is Cancer Deathmask, Masamune server. Whoever is in charge there, move my character to somewhere else i can log in back. It's simple and painless for both of us.

When this happened to me it took me like an hour to get back on.

I got my problem fixed today still. When Square decides to get things fixed they do.
