Can't access the game, maintenance ?

Why ??? because of the DDoS issues ??

Just get cloudfare smh and be done with it, as a customer i should be able to play at any time i wish. This is so frustrating, as a father i can't just sit and play with the few time i have, you always has to bring frustration when it's not the extreme/savage difficulty being so high for me.

You already streamlined all the jobs, killed BLM, now you're making me wait through some 48h maintenance for no reason ?

It's not because of DDoS issues.
The game servers will be shutting down for an additional 2 days each month to reduce carbon emissions, to be in line with the EU's new rulings on climate change.
The NA servers will be following suit along with JP, so it's not just you being affected. We're all in this together!

Worst part is there is no refund. They shut down the servers but they don't give you extra 2 days on your maintenance.

I don't accept that anyone could be THAT oblivious at this point. Even someone who ignores/avoids social media, YouTube, the forums and their own emails would've seen info about the expansion on the launcher.
