The word "Requires"

...seems a bit much for certain things in the patch notes.

I don't think a Malm Kelp "Requires" Precision Hookset to catch it simply "Can" be caught that way.

Same with the heading on Viper/Pictomancer gear, it "Can" be used by Vipers or Pictomancers depending if that is the job you have equipped but could just as easily be used by other classes listed if other classes are listed.

Prefers would probably be better for the fishing one - under p1 you can use the wrong one and infrequently be successful while it’s a bit rarer for p2. This does specifically relate to patience, normal hook works when it’s not active.
