Steps:
1. Acquire and equip the soulstone "Soul of the Dragoon"
2. Level Lancer/Dragoon to 70
3. Refrain from completing the job quest "Dragon Sound" and acquiring the trait "Life of the Dragon"
4. Notice that the tooltips of the actions "Geirskogul" and "Mirage Dive" have updated to reflect Life of the Dragon, even though you do not have that trait yet and they do not yet actually perform the functions that require it.
