Healer's Modern Identity

Hello everyone,
I love healing and I love FFXIV and after more than 10 years playing this game I think I have an idea of how to improve this role by moving this role more into Support role because Square Enix is moving other job to be more self sufficient by giving more tool to survive (not only Tanks).

first we have to implement the following:
Improve all DPS survivability to be as equal to monk and summoner and not missing job identity

give other tank same tools as warrior

move some DPS role into support (i will explain shortly)

let me explain.

Currently we have 2 type of healers.

1- Shielding : scholar, sage.
2- Healing: White mage, astrologian.

80% to 85% healing and shielding and rest with utility and dps.

why we need all that healing when warrior use equilibrium every 60 sec or blood whetting every 30 sec? we don't need this much of healing even in savage.

My Idea is to move Scholar / white mage / astrologian / sage more and Bard / Dancer into one role and that is Support role with 3 playstyles:

Who the classes will be under DPS support?
DPS support. which is straight forward support can do more DMG than other supports but having the same utility.
Who the classes will be under DPS support? more fitting under this role is white mage and sage.

Utility Support. which is specialized in give team consistent buffs and utilities (dmg buff, life steal, move speed, exc.).
Who the classes will be under Utility support? in current design is Astrologian / Bard / Dancer but everything can change.

I believe square Enix have the capability to make this type of support very interesting by implementing mudra system to astrologian and make it more interesting with cards like for example: imagine astrologian have to draw 4 cards. if you execute cards in specific order it will give specific buff.

some people will not like that bard is support but let me explain:

bard is moving more into support since existing and now is more support than ever.
no one will like summoner support too but if we make bard more into support and we give another class to get level-up like summoner let's call it ranger

Summoner is DPS but Scholar is Support.
Ranger is DPS but Bard is Support.

Debuff Support. which is specialized in give enemies consistent Debuff (reduce damage, reduce haste, reduce crit, reduce defense).
Who the classes will be under Debuff support? in current design is Scholar(Summoning different type of summons will give specific Debuff) is more fitting but everything can change.
