signature help?

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place and it's a very stupid question but:
I've noticed in many posts, at the bottom there is a small panel with info about what levels that person is in each class. I didn't see any options for this in the forum options. How do I get that set up? Because I think that's a neat idea.

xivpads.com is one of those sites, it has a sig generator that you can use :D
