Option to force NQ on quick synthesis

Most of us only use quick synthesis when mass-crafting pre-crafts where whether we have NQ or HQ won't matter for the final craft. As such, a toggleable option for Quick Synthesis to only craft Normal Quality items would be a wonderful QoL feature, so we don't have to close the crafting menu just to right-click, Lower Quality on the random chance HQ items we got.

(this post inspired by setting 136 Darksteel Nuggets to Quick Synthesis and walking away, only to find that half of them were not made since i'd only had 2 open slots and one of them "fortuitously" was HQ)
