Fell through floor again....

Just finished up the final Paladin AF quest and got body and decided to turn in for the night so I ran to my inn and I fell through the floor. I quickly realized I should use this chance to get into trouble.

After awhile I tried to explore outside and when I got past Ul'dah's walls I was back above ground with all the surface dwellers. Are these possible hints at fall out shelters?
