Eternal Bonding question

Firstly, I hope whoever reads this is having an amazing day.

I wonder if some kind soul can help. Me and a friend are planning our Eternal Bonding ceremony, now we have completed all the steps to make our reservation - here is the question.

She was able to make a reservation for the specific day - but what about me? Do I have to confirm the reservation too? I don't have any invitations in my inventory she does, when I try to select the time she reserved it just says "this time slot is already reserved".

Both of us have our wristlets in equipped and in a party of just two at the time of speaking to Etoinelle. Any help will be really appreciated - this is so confusing and complicated. :(
