Order of collector box EU

I ordered the collector box and so far it hasn't arrived (the version without the game, the one I bought as a digital collector).
In my SE account under orders I have paid and it says yellow text (same as digital collector - wich i already have activated preorder rewards). How long do you think I'll wait? It's been about a week and nothing's happened. I haven't even received an email from the delivery service.
On ebay some people are already selling these boxes with photos of unpacked boxes for twice the price so I wonder how come I don't have anything yet.

My guess is they will ship it around the release date of Dawntrail.
