I'm not sure if this is an elaborate troll or not(I must be getting rusty in my old age), but they've already mentioned in several dev posts that we should be hearing stuff about it next week.

Well then there's your legit answer. We should(hopefully) be getting a decent amount of info on things next week, probably Tuesday after the patch. The patch itself should follow the week after maybe.

there is maint on 28th, patch notes will be released when it goes live after maint
