Glamour Plate Gear Bugged

Not sure if this is the only piece of gear that the glamour plate is having trouble with but, I am at the appropriate level to wear "Manganese Sabatons of the Behemoth Queen" normally at level 86 drg/lnc and and am able to apply as glam and dye normally. The problem arises when slotting into the glamour plate and its rejecting to apply it to items through the plate system.
