What did you expect to happen? You saw what they did with PvP, everyone is a healer chugging their potions. You thought this design philosophy wouldn't be coming to PvE? Don't worry, they'll call it something fancy... so you still think you're playing a FF game. Ambrosial Philtre! How immersive! Give those creative localizers a raise! :D

Well if they brought pvp over to pve then healers would actually become interesting and unique.
