FINAL FANTASY XIV DAWNTRAIL SWEEPSTAKES/PRIZE DRAW – JUNE 2024 (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

North America Region:

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
• Canada (excluding Quebec)

Europe Region:

• Austria
• The United Kingdom (excluding Overseas British Territories)
• Sweden
• Norway
• Australia (excluding South Australia)

Germany

• Germany

France

• France (excluding French Overseas Territories)

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, at the date and time of entry.

D. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between June 26, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) / 15:00 (GMT) / June 27 at 1:00 (AEST) and July 3, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) / 15:00 (GMT) / July 4 at 1:00 (AEST) (the “Entry Period”).

E. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period (collectively your “Entry”):

• Visit the promotion page (the “Promotion Gleam.io Page”) and complete at least one (1) or more entry methods listed on the Promotion Gleam.io Page and below (the “Entry Methods”):

1. Follow the @FF_XIV_EN X account on your X account (X accounts are available for free).
2. Retweet the Promotion Post from your X account through the Promotion Gleam.io Page.
3. View the FINAL FANTASY XIV Facebook account.
4. View the FINAL FANTASY XIV Facebook Promotion Post.
5. View the FFXIV Instagram account.
6. Follow the official finalfantasyxiv Twitch channel on your Twitch account (Twitch accounts are available for free).
7. Visit the official ffxiv YouTube channel (YouTube accounts are available for free).

Each Entry Method constitutes one (1) Entry.

F. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select four (4) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

• Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries; one (1) winner shall be selected from the North America Region, one (1) winner shall be selected from the Europe Region, one (1) winner shall be selected from Germany, and one (1) winner shall be selected from France.

G. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prize(s):

• One (1) FINAL FANTASY XIV: Dawntrail Collector's Box (approximate retail value of $155.00 USD / £145.00 GBP / €155.99 EUR / $260.00 AUD)

Sponsor reserves the right to re-distribute any unclaimed prize.

H. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) in or about July 8, 2024 via X Direct Messages.

I. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion shall be set out below:

• North America Region: Square Enix, Inc.
• Other Regions: Square Enix Limited

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
