Armoire not working

Armoire does not permit the storage of artifact armor; achievement items nor many of the items listed in the category's listed here.

I have tested with multiple items of both and given the limited glamour dresser space and the maxing of multiple jobs I realize with the beginning of Dawntrail new artifact armor and items will be acquired. As such it is important this feature be working correctly as island sanctuary alone provides a large volume of items.

Can you link the specific items that are not able to be stored in the Armoire that have the Armoire icon lit up? This does not seem like enough information.

If items can't be stored in the Armoire, then usually:

• It can be bought again from either a Calamity Salvager or another NPC (such as Tataru's friend, or the person near The Ondo Cups).
• It is crafted gear and can be crafted or bought from the Market Board.
• It is tomestone gear and can be bought again with tomestones or hunt currencies.
• It is raid gear and can be obtained quickly by getting the coffer drops from the raids.
• It is dungeon gear and can be farmed for.
• It is mog station or old seasonal event gear and can bought on the store again, or may be available in the seasonal event category of the Calamity Salvager.

Any other gear can be put in the Glamour Dresser anyway, which has 800 slots.

In general, items you can buy from NPC vendors and which are not event-locked items, cannot be stored in the Armoire and are not intended to be storable there.
What can be stored in the Armoire are one-off items that you usually cannot buy more of.

Most of the so-called artifact armor is indeed not storable in the armoire. Nor is it supposed to be.


There can of course be a few mistakes about what can and cannot be stored in the Armoire, but overall I dare say it is working as intended.

Only the original level 50, non-augmented AF gear can be stored.
