Benchmark 1.1 female hrothgar hair lighting bug

In the benchmark, there's a crazy lighting flicker that seems to only affect female hrothgar hairs.

Date & Time: 6/4/24 2:30am

Steps:
1. open the character creator in the benchmark
2. select female hrothgar
3. look at the hair

This applies to all faces, and all hairs. It seems to be far less offensive in darker areas and lighting setups, though is still present, and harder to capture. Also displays in the benchmark cinematic, though far less intensive until the final segment where the pre score screenshot is taken.

I'm well aware that the likely issue might be in that intel card support might not be as thorough as others, as there used to be a different graphical bug related to female Viera ear 1.
