New benchmark- Eyecolor & added highlight appears dull
I know a major complaint towards the eyes in the old benchmark were how the eyes looked because the lighting didn't hit the eyes properly, but the adjustment to the eye color (in my opinion) actually was an improvement- as was the lighting to the eyes (the lighting that COULD be seen)- the lighting was sharper, more crisp in the 1st Benchmark; Giving a slightly more realistic approach to our characters eyes & had more depth- YET, there's no denying some things needed to be tweaked.
Now, It appears both have been changed and the intensity of the eye color has been tweaked & made more dull.
I really think there needs to be a middle ground- a mix of both from how the 1st Benchmark eyes were and whatever it is now, rather than 1 over the other. The eye highlights from the 2nd looks airbrushed in & hazy. The eye highlight needs to be more crisp as it was in the previous DT benchmark.
I really appreciate many of the new adjustments in the 2nd benchmark, except for the downgrade to the eyes which are now very dull & hazy.
