Purchased an account-wide mount through the FFXIV Online Store and I haven't gotten it on any of my characters yet. Bought a One Bard's Journey at the same time and did get that via in game mail as usual. Help?

I've noticed that account-wide mounts take a bit of time. You can first try the Moogle Mail button to 'claim rewards/purchases' to see if that helps.
This technical support has nothing to do with the Mogstation (different division/different support teams), so the only answer you're going to get from them is to use the support link for the Mogstation instead.

Unfortunately, as your fellow adventurer has pointed out, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. As per their suggestion you may use the in-game mail resend/request feature to see if the item may get re-sent. Should you still have not received the item(s), we would advise contacting the Support Center that matches the region of the account where the item was purchased on for further assistance.
