Cannot confirm date of anniversary

When trying to register for our Eternal Bonding anniversary (which we've had every previous year without issue) it just doesn't work, claiming it wasn't the right date (even though... it was). We thought it may be because there were different dates on our rings due to time zones but it turned out that wasn't the case? We tried over multiple days to be sure. This is the official response from the GMs:

They suggested we ask the community, so here we are at a desperate attempt. We did try to cancel and reinstate the anniversary, but nothing changed. Perhaps we don't get to have it this year?

Also, we never had any unaccepted or unfinished quests in our logs (checked thoroughly), and we told the GMs as much, so we aren't sure what happened there exactly...
