Fix the Payment Processor or Offer Free Subscription Services Until it's Fixed
The new payment processor was implemented April 23rd. Those who pay with Visa have reported issues almost immediately thereafter. SE officially acknowledged the issue May 1st and stated they were working on resolving it. Now here we are, almost at the end of May, and we still haven't gotten an update and more and more players have been unable to log in or access any other services.
I have FC members and friends who have not been able to log in, access their additional retainers, and some who are approaching their monthly sub renewal are starting to fear they'll be unable to access the game.
They've switch out their credit cards, reviewed their billing info to make sure they were up to date, and have made efforts to even purchase Crysta via PayPal and are still getting the same error codes.
Since there is no foreseeable resolution to this issue, SE needs start issuing free logins plus whatever additional services players already have tied onto their accounts. SE has already acknowledged that the issue is on their end and the players who have been paying prior to this transition shouldn't be forced to grin and bear it...
