problem: automatically dismissed from party after disconnecting

can we have some offline/online status while we're in a party? so that when someone is disconnected, he/she could just relogging and still be in the party without being dismissed/kicked by the system. probably add another option where we could dismiss a person who is AFK or disconnected for far too long.
it's really frustrating if your game is crashed and you've been automatically dismissed from the party but after you relogged to the game, you have no idea where the party is at that moment.
