Gametime Compensation due to DDOS attacks?

I'm very aware that it's not SE's fault that the servers are being attacked.

But even as I type this up my character has disconnected, queued back onto Chaos DC, and then immediately disconnected again.

I had my solo POTD file nuked the first night is was happening, and that was very upsetting, but I've not been able to attempt again since. I've had to cancel many raid nights and FC events, I've missed big fish windows and S Rank hunt marks. I can't even just chill out in game and gather and craft because the disconnects mean I'm missing timed nodes and loosing my items mid craft.

There was even a night where most of us couldn't even log into the Chaos DC and had to go to Light instead, meaning we didn't have access to our company buffs, submarines, retainers, etc.

What are the odds of us getting some sort of gametime compensation due to these attacks? I hate to be that person but when I'm paying a monthly sub (and then some due to additional retainers) I'd quite like to be able to actually play it. 1 or 2 nights I can forgive, but at this point I'm fed up.

I doubt it. From what I know, the service interruptions were only intermittent beyond the first day or three for most servers, and refunds only really happen when there's a sustained, total lack of service. My guess is a few server groups on EU or JP might see refunds, but that's it.

Then again, anything could happen if enough people make a stink about it, but let me be the nth to say that the ToS does not entitle you to a refund due to loss of service, so if you do lend your voice to such stink-making, don't demand anything.
