Suggestions for accessibility?

Hello! I wanted to put a word out there to see if perhaps we can do some things and add some settings that can make things more friendly for our disabled Warriors of Light. For example, I myself am photosensitive, so when there's lightning in an area, the flashes seriously throw me off.

I am also visually disabled (legally blind), and while glasses help, I still have issues with things like seeing AOE effects that are the same color as the floor in a dungeon.

The developers put so much love and effort into this game, and I'd just like for it to be a little easier for me and others like me who want to delve further into the world of Eorzea, but are getting tripped up by things like this.
