New items for make It Rain this year

I'm liking the Imp costume & also that outdoor chronometer.

Not my cup of tea, but I do need to stock up some MGP after spending what I had on the 16 crossover.

Don't have a house and don't care for the costume, so nothing for me. Oh well.

when you said imp i thought its that flying void sent from arr. but its a kappa they named imp

well, not something i need but im always curious about event-quests and the npc's from the past we meet again. so im gonna do it anyway


edit: its actually called flusskobold (river-cobold) in german which is a kappa

It is indeed a kappa, but why it's called an 'imp' is because that's what Square's then US division translated it into English as on FFVI on the SNES in the mid 90's, and it's a reference to that earlier appearence.

Yeah, same here I need to recoup what I've spent both on the crossover event and other items.

The costume is not my cup of tea as well, but I'm glad it's something with more substance than just 1 furnishing item or 1 minion, for those who enjoy being a kappa/imp.

Oh the clock will look nice in the market street on my Island Sanctuary :O

Damn what's with all the weird animal costumes they seem to lump into almost every event now....All these rewards are pretty horrible to me.

Blame Sakaguchi one of people responsible for the Final Fantasy series. He's asked Yoshida for a Kappa suit and mask to be put into the game a few times. I want to say it was at the EU fan fest where he walked onto the stage in a kappa suit.
