No payment method working

So apparently found out that my card isn't working just like hundreds of others. What's even worse? I can't use Amazon Pay nor can I use PayPal. Am I doing something wrong?

If you are US Paypal etc can only be used to buy crysta and then the crysta can be used to get game time

That's the thing though it gives me an error when I try to use PayPal to purchase Crysta.

SE has been silent about this issue from their recent announcement. Time to quit if they dont fix this

Little bit of an update contacted support and they suggested just as their support page suggested clearing up cache cookies et cesarah. So I did and to my surprise It did was able to add Crysta. I would never have thought that Cookies or otherwise was causing the errors In relation to the web pages that i've visited but apparently so.
